TripAdvisor Inquiry API Update

Dear Valued Kigo Customer,

We recently received notice TripAdvisor would be sun-setting their inquiry API which could impact some Kigo customers. Very soon Kigo will be launching its new channel manager starting with our Elite Partners to further enhance connectivity and performance. (Spoiler Alert – Booking.com is 1st including their new content API). Following this launch, you can expect new integration improvements with HomeAway, Airbnb, and others to quickly follow. Kigo has taken a performance minded approach to the order of operations for launching new channel improvements. This approach focused on partnerships that deliver the most value to you, our global family of customers. An 85% decrease in platform inquiries from TripAdvisor/FlipKey since 2015 impelled Kigo to reprioritize this integration. Going forward, customers receiving inquiries from TripAdvisor/FlipKey will be notified via the email address on file with TripAdvisor. Bookings will need to be added manually into Kigo.
